Although I struggle to maintain the blogging rhythm, my plans for this blog are to relegate these posts to the bottom or secondary, tertiary importance.
The reason is that my blog was created not just to chronicle my learning journey, but more importantly create a resource, first for myself and then for others, be they beginners to UX or simpy individuals curious about how the UX Design process can benefit their projects.
From top to bottom:
Part One will be divided into two sections with FAQs:
- What is UX? (for non-designers mostly)
- How to do UX? (for current/aspiring designers)
Part Two will be the UX process broken down into its phases and components along with the guiding tenets.
Part Three will be my introduction and fears that came from learning about UX and blogging about it so others can hopefully take hope from my confessions (below) and get to know me more.
Part Four will be for those who still like long-form stories, basically this blog. There they can get less polished, chronological insight into how we go from A-Z or at least D-Z (as I have a background with many transferable skills).
The last section, Part Five, will be about my favorite resources, whether online or in person, a book or a group of avid designers.
…
This is a declaration of my intentions. May I be open to change and not intimidated by adversity.
