My first set of Customer Journey Maps

Finally… I made a set of five customer journey maps (minimum one per persona) to show various experiences of looking for/ discovering restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to visit!

Before showing them, I want to show the three personas again to provide context for these journey maps.

Sandra (adventurous)

 

Melanie (casual, easygoing)

 

Charles (fine dining)

I can’t wait to work on wireframes next to try to figure out solutions for their frustrations and pain points! C:
